then this is how:
Click on the "comment" at the end of the post, and this will bring up the comment box where you can "Enter your comment ...".
If you have a gmail address and logged into Google, then you can type a comment and click "Publish".
If you don't have a gmail address or don't want to be logged in, then type your comment and change the "Comment as:" to Anonymous by clicking on the black triangle and selecting the last item in the drop down box. Please put your name at the end of the comment so that we can see who made the comment. The anonymous is to allow anybody to comment, not so that you remain "incognito"! Then click "Publish".
